Who it's for
Owner-led businesses where the work itself is sound, but it isn't clear which problem to fix first, or where the story told to customers doesn't quite match what the business does well.

Before we build anything, we make sure the business itself is easy to understand: what you do, who it's for, and what to fix first. Clarify can run on its own, as a standalone discovery or positioning piece, or alongside Engage and Streamline when the problem calls for it.
Positioning · Priorities · Workflow mapping
Clarify covers two different kinds of discovery, and not every engagement needs both. Operational discovery maps how work happens: where enquiries land, how quotes get built, who owns what next. Brand positioning is a separate exercise: the story and message a business uses to explain itself to customers. We scope whichever one the problem calls for.
Owner-led businesses where the work itself is sound, but it isn't clear which problem to fix first, or where the story told to customers doesn't quite match what the business does well.
You're fielding the same questions from customers over and over, staff explain the business differently depending on who's asked, or you suspect a workflow or website problem but aren't sure yet which one is costing the most time.
Structured conversations with the people who run the business and, where useful, the customers it serves.
Typically included
Scoped in when relevant, not by default
A plain-language summary of what we found and a shortlist of priorities. If positioning was part of the scope, also a clear statement of what the business does and why it's the right choice.
Clarify is discovery, not delivery. Where the findings point to a new website, a workflow system or a brand refresh, that build is scoped as its own piece of work under Engage or Streamline.
We test the positioning and priorities against real conversations, with staff, customers or partners, rather than treating them as finished until someone outside the room has pushed back on them.

If your systems are held together with spreadsheets and good intentions, or your website isn't bringing in the enquiries it should, that's exactly what we help fix.
