AI chat on this website

If you use the AI chat on this website, we collect and store:

• your chat conversation (your questions and the answers);
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• your IP address, and your device and browser details;
• the page you were on and how you arrived (such as the referring site).

We use this to answer your questions and to improve our services. Your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider (through OpenRouter) to generate answers, which may be processed outside Australia, so please don't include sensitive personal information. Leaving your email in the chat is optional; if you do, we may use it to send you a copy or follow up about your question.
