Case study · Cameron & Co

A considered digital home for a specialist jewellery business.

Cameron & Co had no self-serve path for customers who already knew what they wanted. Browsing or buying diamonds, designing a custom piece, or booking an appraisal, remodel or repair all had to go through phone or email.

We built a service-led ecommerce website around a custom ring builder for designing bespoke pieces, direct purchase of natural or lab-grown diamonds, and a bespoke booking app for appointments. It gives customers a clear path to buy, design or book, and takes that volume off the phone.

Case study · Boyne Riverkeepers

A hand-painted river map turned into an interactive station guide.

Boyne Riverkeepers' river trail is told through physical stations along the water, but visitors had no digital companion to it. There was no way to see what each stop was about before or after walking it.

We built a custom interactive station map that turns a hand-painted watercolour map of the river into a guide visitors can explore station by station, right from their phone.

Case study · Pharma Devices

A rebrand that positions a medical device consultancy for global credibility.

Pharma Devices works with early-stage startups and global multinationals across some of the world's most complex healthcare markets, but their existing brand and website undersold that expertise and didn't read as credible to the companies they needed to win.

We delivered a full brand and website rebuild, repositioning the business for healthcare markets across the US and Asia-Pacific.

Case study · Quoting & job management

A quoting and job-management system that replaces spreadsheets with one connected pipeline.

A growing business handling custom, project-based work alongside standard sales was running quotes and jobs through a spreadsheet-based workflow: details re-typed at every handoff, rates drifting quietly after price changes, no live view of margin or stock as a job progressed, and related customer emails scattered across separate inboxes.

We built a custom quoting and job-management system: a database-backed pipeline that takes an enquiry through to a priced, versioned quote, customer approval, production job tracking, and invoicing, with nothing re-typed at any handoff. Staff build quotes against fully configurable rate cards (materials, labour, service tiers, customer-specific discounts) that snapshot every rate at the moment of use, so historical quotes never drift even after prices change. Approved quotes flow straight into a kanban-style job board tracking six production stages, with live margin calculated from actual component costs as the job progresses. The system checks quote items against a live stock ledger for in-stock/order-needed status, generates branded PDF quotes, pushes approved jobs to Xero as draft invoices, and integrates with email so correspondence for a job is visible right alongside it, instead of buried in a separate inbox.

Case study · Interlake WAVE Artists Tour

A tour companion that puts the local arts trail in visitors' hands.

The Interlake Artists studio tour had no digital companion for visitors, and the WAVE team had no way to change a route, add an artist or update an event without going back to a developer.

We built a mobile app for exploring the tour, with route, artist, sponsor, weather and year-round event information available from the home screen. It's backed by a content portal that lets the WAVE team update routes, artists and events themselves, with a streamlined pipeline pushing those changes straight through to the app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Case study · Bravabird

A warm, distinctive brand and website for a branding and marketing business ready to grow.

Bravabird's branding and marketing work was strong, but without a real brand or website behind it, it was hard for the right clients to find them or understand what made them different.

We built a brand identity and website that gives the business a clearer story and a site built to bring in the right clients.

Case study · Travel Planning Mate

Turning detailed travel planning into a more visible workflow.

This travel agency was running trip administration manually through spreadsheets, a fragmented, error-prone process that meant re-typing booking confirmations from providers like Google Flights or wholesale partners by hand for every flight, hotel, cruise, insurance policy, transfer, train and tour.

We built an internal workflow tool to replace it. Agents paste in raw booking confirmations and the app automatically parses out structured details: dates, passenger counts, baggage, pricing. There's no manual re-entry required. From a central dashboard, agents manage multiple client bookings at once, each with its own itinerary items, payment tracking and settings. The app generates client-ready outputs on demand: branded PDF quotes, itinerary summaries and statements of account (plus a standalone ad-hoc statement tool for one-off charge extraction), along with email templates for sending itinerary options to clients for selection. It turned a fragmented, error-prone process into a single system for capturing, organising and presenting travel bookings.

Case study · SloFlow

A calm, considered brand for a gentle somatic movement practice.

SloFlow's fascia-release approach is gentle and unhurried, but without a real brand or website behind it, it read like just another studio online. Nothing set it apart or hinted at what made the practice different.

We built a brand and website for SloFlow that gives it a clear identity and a calm digital home reflecting the pace of the practice itself.

Case study · Boyne Lodge Campus Charity

A community charity's work, stories and ways to support, brought together.

Boyne Lodge Campus Charity's mission, projects and donation pathway had no central public home. Residents, families and donors had no clear, approachable way to understand what the charity does or how to support it.

We built a public-facing website that brings its mission, projects, campus context and donation pathway into one clear, approachable experience for residents, families, donors and the wider community.

Case study · Friends of Sagkeeng

A community site and app uniting youth and honouring tradition.

Friends of Sagkeeng had no central place for athletes, volunteers and sponsors to find clear information about community sport and cultural events.

We built a website and a companion mobile app that bring that information together in one place, supporting the events and the people who run them.
