About

We started this because established businesses keep hitting the same wall: a website and day-to-day systems that haven't kept pace with the business itself, and no one with the time to join the dots. Here's who does that work.

Who's behind it

25+ years each,
doing the actual work.

Helen Ronnenbergh

25+ years in business analysis

Helen has spent that time mapping how organisations actually work, including the exceptions a process diagram misses, and turning that into clear requirements, priorities and a brand story that holds up under real conversations with real customers.

Brian Ronnenbergh

25+ years in technology delivery

Brian has spent that time delivering technology projects end to end: building and testing scoped work, checking whether an existing tool could do the job before recommending something custom, and staying through handover so teams could actually use what shipped.

Every project runs through the two of us directly. No account managers, and no bench of junior staff relaying your requirements back and forth.

Why experience matters here

Experience that
shows up in the work.

Helen's business analysis background and Brian's delivery background aren't separate specialties bolted together. Together they shape how every engagement runs, from the first conversation to handover.

01

Understanding how work actually happens

Before anything is designed or built, we map the workflow as people use it day to day, not as a flowchart assumes it works.

02

Defining requirements

What a solution needs to do gets written down and agreed, so scope is clear before development starts.

03

Identifying dependencies and exceptions

The edge cases that break a system later get surfaced early, while they're still cheap to plan for.

04

Avoiding unnecessary development

We check whether an existing tool can be configured or connected before recommending something custom.

05

Testing against agreed needs

What gets built is tested against the requirements agreed at the start, not just checked for bugs.

06

Supporting practical implementation

We stay through handover so the people using the solution day to day can use it, not just the people who commissioned it.

How we use AI

AI-native,
built into how we work.

It speeds up our research, prototyping and testing — 25+ years of business analysis and delivery experience decides what actually gets built.

01

Where it helps

AI supports our research, analysis, prototyping, coding and testing, and, where it gives your business a real benefit, is built into the products and workflows we deliver.

02

Who reviews the work

Helen and Brian review, test and stand behind everything before it reaches you or your customers. AI speeds up the work; it doesn't remove accountability for it.

03

How your information is handled

We only use client information in ways relevant to your project, and we're upfront with you about which tools and services touch it.

If your systems are held together with spreadsheets and good intentions, or your website isn't bringing in the enquiries it should, that's exactly what we help fix.
