How the hours are counted
Estimated hours/week lost to manual work = the hours on the answers you chose for eight jobs, added together. The jobs are quoting, bookings, follow-ups, copying data between tools, invoicing, reporting, customer messages, and handing work on. Each answer is worth 0, 1, 3 or 5 hours, and that figure is written on the option. Each job is capped at 5 hours, so a job that takes longer than that still counts as 5. The number of tools, the admin hours you report, the kind of business, and the team size are not added. There is no extra multiplier.
