Workflows, systems and automation

Streamline

Growth without the right systems means you're stuck approving every quote and chasing every update yourself. We take one well-defined operational problem, work out whether an existing tool can be configured or connected to fix it before reaching for custom development, then build the practical system that keeps running after we've left the room.

Workflows · Integration · Measurement

The fix should
survive Monday morning.

A plan is only as good as what happens after it's approved. We map one workflow (job tracking, quoting, document collection, reporting), check whether your existing tools can be configured or connected before building something new, then implement, test and hand it over to the people who'll use it daily, adding AI only where it removes real, repetitive work.

01

Who it's for

Businesses with one workflow that's clearly costing the most time: a quoting process, a booking or job-tracking system, document handling, or reporting that doesn't exist yet.

02

Signs this fits

The same information gets typed into more than one system, a spreadsheet is the only record of where work stands, or no one can tell you what's in progress without asking around.

03

What the work can include

A bounded fix to the one workflow identified as worth solving, built around your existing tools wherever that's workable.

Typically included

  • Mapping of the current workflow and its exceptions
  • Configuration or integration of tools you already use
  • Staff walkthroughs and handover documentation

Scoped in when relevant, not by default

  • A custom-built system or database, where existing tools can't do the job
  • AI-assisted document processing or internal knowledge tools
  • Ongoing reporting dashboards
04

What you'll receive

A working system your team can use from day one, documentation of how it works, and a baseline or report showing where things stood before the change, where data exists to support one.

05

What's scoped separately

Workflows outside the one agreed scope, and any website or brand positioning work, which sit under Engage and Clarify respectively.

06

How we check it's working

We test normal and exception cases before handover, then review against the agreed baseline once it's in use. Time released by automation is potential capacity. What the business does with that capacity is a separate decision, not something the system delivers on its own.
